Acrylic Painting for Intermediate/Advanced

Perhaps you have tried acrylic painting and now want to improve your skills and increase your
knowledge on how to work with this versatile paint. Over the course of four weeks, we will try new compositions, practice creating different textures using a variety of tools and work with other kinds of acrylic paint. Besides using paper and canvas, we will explore painting on other surfaces. Some experience using acrylics is required for this course.

Paints and brushes will be supplied.

Required Materials:

• A smooth piece of cardboard, 11 x 14 inches
• Paper towels
• Small water bucket for brushes
