SUMMARY:STEAM Makers: Polymers\, plastics\, and thermosets
DESCRIPTION:Do you want to be able to make anything you can imagine? This course will take you through a history and science of manufacturing\, prototyping\, printing\, and the future of manufacturing. The aim of this recurring workshop is to give beginning makers a comprehensive download of practical guidelines and background technical information to accomplish your own advanced manufacturing projects. Content is ideally suited for college-age students and older however brighter younger minds are encouraged to attend as well! \nThree session types to choose from – or attend them all: \nMay 1\, 2021 – Polymers\, plastics\, and thermosets\nMay 8\, 2021 – 3D printing; complete overview\nMay 15\, 2021 – Digitally manufacturing your product\, prototype\, or project \nSTEAM@thefitz relies entirely on donations to grow into a resource for the friends of Pepperell.
