Join us for an information session and Q&A hosted by the Affordable Housing Committee.Smart Growth Overlay District (40R) is on the warrant for Fall Town Meeting. Learn what it is and how it will benefit Pepperell. 40Rs empower towns to build right-sized housing at increased densities near their economic centers, thereby boosting small businesses and helping the community to thrive. Get your questions answered by members of Pepperell's Affording Housing Committee and don't forget to attend Fall Town Meeting on November 14.

Community Bike Sale

Pepperell's annual used bike sale, hosted by The Fitzpatrick Collaborative, will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023 starting at 9am. Come early for the best selection. The sale will continue only while supplies last. You are welcome to line up early, but we request everyone remain outside the sale area until 9am. Donations Requested! The 17th Annual Town-Wide Yard Sale will be held Saturday May 3, 2025 (rain or shine). Streamline your bargain-hunting! An official map that includes all of the registered Yard Sales will be available at The Fitz starting at 7:00am on the day of the sale for just $5 each.
