About The Fitz

The Fitz is a mixed-use community center located in the heart of Pepperell, MA. Our facility is managed by The Fitzpatrick Collaborative, a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2018 with the goal of preserving and developing the historic Peter Fitzpatrick School property into a thriving community center. Today we provide arts, education, and recreation programs for all ages, in addition to long-term leases and short-term facility rentals. Our mission is to enrich our local community and enable residents to remain local for activities, while also attracting people from surrounding communities and supporting our local businesses. One common misconception is that we are financially subsidized by the town. We are an independent organization that relies on donations, grants, and operational revenues for our continued success and growth.
