Piano
with Trevor Berens

Trevor Berens is a pianist, composer, and music therapist. He holds degrees from Loyola Marymount University (BA: Music and Psychology, specializing in piano and composition), California Institute of the Arts (MFA: Performer/Composer), and Lesley University (MA: Expressive Therapies, specializing in Music Therapy). He enjoys playing in a variety of styles, including avant-garde classical music, traditional classical music, and free improvisation and as a collaborator. He works with a wide variety of individuals and ensembles, including solo vocalists and instrumentalists, chamber groups, dancers, and choruses. He is the founder and pianist of the experimental classical ensemble Sonic Liberation Players. Trevor runs the Berens Voice and Piano Studio out of Pepperell, MA, with his wife, Jessica. He works as a music therapist and mental health counselor working with young children. He is accompanist for the Halalisa Singers and is the pianist and organist for the First Parish Church of Stow and Acton. In addition, he curates classical music concert series at the Lawrence Library.

Guitar, Bass, Ukulele
with Randy McGravey

Randy McGravey has been playing music since he was a teen and has a Bachelor’s degree in Music Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He has been teaching guitar, bass and ukulele lessons since 2012. Initially inspired by classic rock, Randy has branched out into other styles of music including country, jazz, pop, classical and blues. He has published over 7 books for guitar and ukulele. In addition to teaching, Randy is an accomplished composer and performer. He has written music for hundreds of TV shows including SpongeBob SquarePants, Pawn Stars, Magnum P.I., Sportscenter and lots more. Randy performs as a solo singer/guitarist and with various other groups in New England.

Drums, Percussion
with Michelle Tucker

Michelle Tucker is a percussionist, composer and music educator living with her two children in the woods north of Boston. Musically, she describes herself as a bit of a mutt; you’re as likely to find her playing in a concert hall as you are in a basement or a coffee shop. Michelle grew up in Boston’s DIY punk scene, is an alumna of The Berklee College of Music (BM ‘13) and The Longy School of Music’s Modern American Music program (MM ‘17), and was part of the first cohort of the Broadway Musicians Equity Partnership during the Fall of 2023. In addition to teaching, Michelle writes and performs her own original compositions with her quintet, and is a freelance percussionist and drum set player.
