Do you want to be able to make anything you can imagine? This course will take you through a history and science of manufacturing, prototyping, printing, and the future of manufacturing. The aim of this recurring workshop is to give beginning makers a comprehensive download of practical guidelines and background technical information to accomplish your own advanced manufacturing projects. Content is ideally suited for college-age students and older however brighter younger minds are encouraged to attend as well!
Three session types to choose from – or attend them all:
May 1, 2021 – Polymers, plastics, and thermosets
May 8, 2021 – 3D printing; complete overview
May 15, 2021 – Digitally manufacturing your product, prototype, or project
