    Join us for an information session and Q&A hosted by the Affordable Housing Committee.Smart Growth Overlay District (40R) is on the warrant for Fall Town Meeting. Learn what it is and how it will benefit Pepperell. 40Rs empower towns to build right-sized housing at increased densities near their economic centers, thereby boosting small businesses and helping the community to thrive. Get your questions answered by members of Pepperell's Affording Housing Committee and don't forget to attend Fall Town Meeting on November 14.
