The Fitz is located in the center of Pepperell, MA in the former Peter Fitzpatrick School. We are a vibrant hub of activity for our community providing access to arts, education, and recreation programs for all ages.

We offer a variety of different spaces to accommodate specific needs. From birthday parties to meetings to open mic night – we can host just about any event you can imagine. The Fitz also offers long-term rentals and leases in rooms that are approximately 850-1000 square feet.

Approximate capacities are indicated below and vary based on room configuration.

  • Community Rooms – 25-40 people based on configuration (meetings and small activities)
  • Auditorium with Stage – 200 people
  • Gymnasium (approx 59.5′ x 45.4′) – 200 people
  • Commercial Kitchen (coming 2023)
  • Big Backyard Playground / Outdoor Field Areas
