This class is an introduction to Irish Step dancing. Dancers will learn timing, rhythm, and basic steps to introduce them to the world of Irish dance. Props and games are incorporated in an educational manner to further enhance student comprehension. All students participating in this class MUST be potty trained. Class attire is comfortable clothing such as leggings, leotards, tights, and t-shirts. Ballet slippers required. Acrylic Painting for Beginners
Come and learn how to use acrylic paints that are easy to work with and very forgiving. You can paint right over your mistakes! This beginners class will teach through technique about properties of paint, color mixing, texture, and the different styles of of brushes. We will be painting on paper and canvas and learning how to create colorful and exciting compositions. No art experience necessary! Paints and brushes will be supplied. Required Materials: A smooth piece of cardboard, 11 x 14 inches Paper towels Small water bucket for brushes Materials Fee: $20 cash or check payable at the first class

Integrate your body, breath and mind in this energizing flow class. Designed to progressively open the body, each sequence in a Vinyasa yoga class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper postures as the practice unfolds. Resetting “vinyasas,” are a standard series of poses that transition the yogi back to their home base pose: Downward Facing Dog. Class begins with a short, centering meditation and moves through a series of seated, standing, and supine poses, as well as balancing postures, forward folds, backbends and twists. Zentangle is a simple, relaxing and fun form of art creating beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. Using a micron pen, you can design pieces of art worth framing. Zentangle is perfect for someone with absolutely no art experience and yet experienced artists will enjoy the ability to extend and stretch their creativity. The versatility of working with your new skills is enormous. Nancy Fillip is a certified Zentangle instructor. All supplies will be provided with the required materials fee.
